The Desert

It is because of the Lord's great lovingkindness that He leads us into the desert—spiritually speaking.

Christians stuck in Egypt battle sin. But in the desert, you're given power and spiritual weapons. You learn to battle the evil one. You become very effective. You sense the evil one falling like lighting before you.

The desert will test you and try you. God touches every aspect of your life—as He did with Job. It's not for everyone. It is for those who are called, those who are willing, those who will become an overcomer.

On the other side of the desert is the Promised Land—the Land of the Lord. A place where you exclusively follow Jesus wherever He goes.
